This is a monthly meeting for volunteers to let them know about upcoming volunteer opportunities, address needs from volunteers, and provide take-home opportunities as they come about. This meeting will take place on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Swartz room at the Branigan Cultural Center (501 N. Main St.).
This meeting includes invitations to all Museum Managers, as well as attendance by Museum Staff, and the Volunteer coordinating staff for the Museums from Visitor Experience. This is available online with Volunteer Network to all Museum Volunteers as an hour-long monthly volunteer opportunity. Volunteers who cannot make this monthly meeting can request information presented at this meeting at any time after the meeting by sending an email to MuseumSocial@LasCruces.gov with the email subject of "Volunteer Day."
Museum management invited to this meeting are encouraged to discuss volunteer needs with their staff and to have staff needing volunteers plan to attend this meeting.
