Volunteer: Interactive Museum Exhibit Guide

As an Interactive Museum Exhibit Guide, you will help visitors of all ages engage with our exhibits. Volunteers will assist guests in exploring the exhibit spaces, encourage curiosity and learning, and ensure the exhibit is treated with care and respect.

This position can be at various locations including Museum Atrium between the Museum of Art and the Museum of Nature & Science. It is a high-noise and high-energy space with the interactives there. This may include our hands-on children’s exhibit in a fun and welcoming way. The role within our Atrium space is perfect for volunteers who enjoy working with children and families, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about making the museum experience enjoyable for everyone.

Other locations include the Museum of Art and Branigan Cultural Center.

In the time frame from July 17 to October 17, 2026, this position would include one spot at the Museum of Art for our Mexican Masks Exhibit. The secondary spot may also be there or may be elsewhere in our Museum Spaces on Main Street.
